Saxophone Birthday cake


Another birthday, another cake. This one is for our friend Meg, who among other things plays the baritone saxophone amazingly well.


This cake fed about 20 people and was a white cake with a homemade strawberry frosting and a strawberry and pineapple filling. The saxophone is made of solid fondant along with the music streaming out of it.

very nice. What kind of fondant do you use? do you add flavor? I'm really not a fan of the Wilton fondant taste
