Masquerade Sweet Sixteen

This weekend I delivered a sweet sixteen cake for a very large sweet sixteen party. The event had a masquerade theme with purple and silver accents.


For the cake I created a 9 layer topsy turvey Devils food cake with cookies and cream filling. Everything on the cake was edible with the exception of the feathers.


The mask was created using a real mask as a guide but was created out of fondant and edible glitter. Happy Sweet Sixteen!
